This workshop is designed for anyone wanting to understand the basics of going upside down. Arm balances and inversions often appear briefly in flow classes, without enough time to break down the mechanics or practice in a safe way. We will focus on learning proper technique, building awareness of how the body moves in these shapes, and developing confidence in a relaxed environment; with enough time to explore and play.
